DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE

This Digital Product License explains how customers may use digital products purchased from Trend2Visual.
By purchasing or downloading a Trend2Visual digital product, you agree to the applicable license terms below.
1. License Grant
Unless a product page states otherwise, Trend2Visual grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product for personal use.
This license does not transfer copyright ownership.
2. Personal Use
For personal-use products, you may:
- Download the purchased file
- Save a copy for your personal use
- Print the permitted pages for personal use
- Use the printed material for activities within your household
- Use the product for your own personal learning or creative activities
3. Classroom and Educational Use
Unless the individual product listing specifically grants classroom or educational-use rights, do not assume that a personal-use license permits unlimited classroom copying.
If you want to use a product for:
- Classroom instruction
- Tutoring
- Daycare
- Educational programs
- Workshops
- Multiple students

4. Commercial Use
Unless expressly stated otherwise, commercial use is not permitted.
You may not use Trend2Visual digital products to create products or services that you sell or distribute commercially.
5. Prohibited Actions
Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:
- Resell the original digital files
- Redistribute the files
- Share files publicly
- Upload files to websites or file-sharing services
- Share download links
- Give the original files to customers
- Include the files in paid membership libraries
- Include the files in subscription services
- Sell printed copies as your own products
- Modify the files and sell them as new products
- Claim the artwork as your own
- Remove copyright or ownership information
- Use the files to create competing digital products
6. Printing
Where printing is permitted, you may print the purchased product for the purposes allowed by the applicable license.
You are responsible for choosing appropriate paper, printer settings and printing equipment.
Printed results may vary depending on the printer and materials used.
7. Digital Bundles
If you purchase a bundle, each included product remains subject to its applicable license.
Purchasing a bundle does not automatically grant commercial redistribution rights.
8. Free Products
Free downloads may have different license terms.
Always review the license information provided with the individual free resource.
9. Copyright
Unless otherwise stated, Trend2Visual retains all copyright and intellectual-property rights in its original digital products and related content.
Purchasing a product grants a license to use the product; it does not transfer ownership.
10. License Violations
If we reasonably believe a digital product has been unlawfully redistributed or used in violation of this license, we may take appropriate action, including restricting access to the relevant product or account and pursuing available legal remedies.
